Racine, a licensed real estate professional DRE#01231487 and holds an NMLS license #369296 with the California DFPI.  James has over 30 years in the industry from large FDIC banking institutions to mortgage bankers.  James has served as an Originator, Sales Manager, Branch Manager, Area Vice President, Executive Vice President and CEO in his career.
